Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LLLogan Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LLLogan Cloud lets you connect Gmail accounts via Google OAuth to read, send, and draft email from one place. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

You may only connect Gmail accounts that you own or are authorized to access. Connecting an account grants the Service permission to access that mailbox on your behalf; you can revoke this at any time by disconnecting the account in the app or via your Google Account settings. Your use of Gmail through the Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

• No spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email.
• No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content or activity.
• No attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• No reverse-engineering, disrupting, or overloading the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service, its branding, and its code are owned by the operator of LLLogan Cloud. Your email content remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to display and transmit it as you direct.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services such as Gmail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of LLLogan Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service and its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
