Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

1. Overview

LLLogan Cloud ("the Service") lets you connect one or more Gmail accounts so you can read, send, and draft email from a single inbox. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up we store your email address and a hashed password for authentication.

Connected Gmail data. When you connect a Gmail account, Google provides us OAuth tokens and basic profile details (such as the connected email address). We store these tokens securely so the Service can access your mailbox on your behalf.

Email content. Message subjects, senders, recipients, and bodies are fetched from Gmail only to display them to you or to send/draft messages you request. Drafts you save in the Service may be stored until you send or delete them.

3. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
  • Connect and refresh access to your linked Gmail accounts.
  • Display your inbox and drafts, and send or save messages you create.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your email content for advertising.

4. Google API Services Disclosure

The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to provide the features you see in the app — reading, sending, and drafting email — and is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in our hosted database with encryption in transit and access controls. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to other users. Each user can only access their own connected accounts and messages.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the Service (for example, Google to fulfill your Gmail requests) or to comply with law.

7. Your Choices and Deletion

You can disconnect a Gmail account at any time from the Mail page, which removes its stored tokens. You may also revoke the Service's access from your Google Account permissions. To delete your LLLogan Cloud account and associated data, contact us using the details below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.

9. Contact
